Backup Technology was formed in 2005 in partnership with Toronto based Asigra Inc, the award winning leader in online backup and disaster recovery with more than three petabytes of data under protection.

 

Since 2005 we have brought together our unrivalled experience of the industry, the market leading Asigra software and the highest performing NAS storage from Blue Arc giving you the ultimate business backup solutions at a cost that is affordable to all companies.

Managed Service Division

For companies who wish to protect their data offsite, we are able to offer the opportunity to subscribe on a monthly basis for space in our own Asigra vault hosted in our state of the art UK data centres. These vaults - the largest in the UK, offer our customers a comprehensive and cost effective solution charged per GB based on the amount of data we protect.

Suitable for SME’s & Enterprises, our managed service does not require any investment in additional hardware or software and protects data sizes ranging from 10GB to 100TB.

Vault Management Division

For enterprises and organisations with more than 1TB of data, Backup Technology can utilise our expertise and experience to design, implement and manage an Asigra vault which is then hosted within the customers network or data centre, or in one of Backup Technology's fully secure UK data centres.

Suitable for data sizes from 1TB to 100TB, protecting multi site enterprise data.
